The purpose of these Terms & Conditions is to define the conditions of access, navigation and use of the Site. By accessing and using this Site, you accept these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy you must immediately stop using the Site. The Company may revise or update these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time, without notice and the updated Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy will be published on the Site. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy on a regular basis. 6-PURCHASING AND DELIVERY

The Company attempts to describe all products as accurately as possible, however does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
If you purchase goods from us, you may be required to open an account and create a username and password. Your account username and password details must always be kept confidential and secure. You must not allow any other person to use your account, including any person under the age of 18 years. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and you must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
If you create and accounts, you may choose to securely save your credit card details with us for a more convenient shipping experience. Your credit card details will be saved using Secure Sockets Layer (SLL) technology and encryption to increase safety. For your protection your full credit card details are not displayed and you can update or remove your nominated credit card at any time.
These Terms & Conditions govern any purchases you make from this website.
- 1. PRICING AND GST
All Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated on our event listing. Ordering is not permitted in other currencies.
- 2. PAYMENT METHODS
Brangayne Wines Pty Ltd accepts credit card payments via Mastercard or VISA. No responsibility of liability will be accepted by Brangayne Wines Pty Ltd
- 3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery of products is made by courier and is not guaranteed to occur within any particular timeframe as these delivery mechanisms are outside our control. Despatch of goods by Brangayne Wines Pty Ltd will occur within 2 business days of the receipt of the order. Allow for up to a week for delivery or longer if in TAS, NT or WA. If an express courier is required by your then additional charges will apply.
- 4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please choose carefully as the Company does not exchange or refund for change of mind after purchase. Goods may be returned if received damaged or are incorrectly posted. Please contact the office within 4 days of receipt of goods.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
7- LAWS
These Terms & Conditions (and the Privacy Policy) are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia. The user irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts. Any failure by the Company to enforce strict performance of any of the Terms & Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy of the Company in respect of any existing or subsequent breach of the Terms & Conditions. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be deemed severed from the Terms & Conditions and the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
