2010 Sauvignon Blanc

This 2010 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on 3rd and 9th March from selected blocks renowned for their definitive varietal character. This wine is pale straw in colour with traces of green, and displays subtle herbaceous and citrus aromas. The palate displays a fine varietal and mineral mid-palate flavour, characteristic of the cool climate of Orange, with a tight, crisp and balanced finish.

2011 Sauvignon Blanc

This 2011 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on 14th April and 1st May from selected blocks on the Brangayne vineyard. This wine is pale straw in colour with traces of green, and displays subtle aromas of ruby grapefruit, sweet pea and guava with underlying citrus. The palate displays a fine varietal and mineral mid-palate flavour, characteristic of the cool climate of Orange, with a tight, crisp and balanced finish.

2011 Chardonnay (Unwooded)

This chardonnay was picked on April 12 2011. This wine is pale straw in colour with a trace of green and displays fresh varietal aromas of honeydew, pear and apple blossom. The palate is fine and has a racy minerality, characteristic of early picked unwooded chardonnay, and displays an elegant, lean mid-palate flavour and a tight crisp finish.

2011 Pinot Grigio

This 2011 Pinot Grigio was handpicked on 30th March from selected parcels of fruit from the Ynys Witrin Vineyard. The wine is pale in colour with a trace of green, and has lifted apple and pear aromas with crunchy varietal flavours. With its crisp mineral acid finish, this is Grigio in style.

2010 'The Isolde' Reserve Chardonnay

This 2010 Chardonnay was harvested on 15th March from select parcels of the best fruit on the Brangayne vineyard.. It is a vibrant medium gold in colour with traces of green, and displays elegant ripe melon fruit, complemented by partial malolactic fermentation and integrated but subtle French oak, resulting in an elegant and flavoursome mid-palate and a balanced long fine finish.

2010 Pinot Noir

This 2010 Pinot Noir, harvested on 10/3/2010 from the Ynys Witrin vineyard, is a vibrant red cherry colour, and displays aromas of classical varietal wild berry characteristics with underlying gamey nuances and complementary influences of subtle French oak. The palate displays plum and briar berry flavours, is balanced, has a long complex soft textural finish, and will cellar well over the next four or five years.

2010 'Tristan' - Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz & Merlot

This blend of classic verities grown on the Ynys Witrin vineyard is deep red in colour, with vibrant purple hues. It displays bright varietal fruit, with underlying leafy briar and fruit aromas, and nuances of cocoa and fine integrated French oak. The palate is elegant and displays a long and supple flavour with a fine tannin finish.

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon

Grown at Ynys Witrin vineyard, this wine is deep crimson red with purple hues. It has intense varietal aromas and nuances of forest fruit and cassis with an underlying leafiness, whilst displaying a balanced and long mid palate flavour and fine powdery tannin finish.

2010 Shiraz

Grown at the Ynys Witrin vineyard, this wine is deep red in colour with purple hues. It displays elegant varietal fruit aromas characteristic of red cherry and white pepper, with a juicy flavour and fine tannin finish.

2010 Late Harvest Riesling

This 2011 Late Harvest Riesling was handpicked on 4th may from the Ynys Witrin Vineyard by which time extensive Botrytis (noble rot) had developed in the bunches. This wine displays elegant varietal aromas of lime and citrus with a layered palate of flavours characteristic of cumquat and lime marmalade, with a long balanced finish.
